No experience needed — all levels welcome. Each session offers gentle options for every body.
What airport should I fly into?
Palm Springs International (PSP) is about 30 minutes away.
Can I come solo?
Absolutely! Most women join solo and leave with deep friendships.
What should I pack?
Comfy activewear, hiking shoes, a water bottle, and layers for cool desert evenings.

Payment Policies
Destination Retreats: Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Your deposit is required to secure your space. Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat. If you should need to cancel, a refund (minus the deposit) will be issued up to 60 days before the start of the retreat. We will try to fill the spot up to the 60 day mark.
Local Retreats: Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Your deposit is required to secure your space. Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat. If you should need to cancel, we will credit you half of the retreat price towards the next retreat.
Payment Plans: I am really flexible with working with you to create something that is comfortable for you and your life! If the payment plan I am offering doesn't work, please don't let that stop you from attending! I understand life and budgets. I want all my retreats to be financially reachable.
Cancellation Policy
We get it – things come up and sometimes plans change! Here are details on how our cancellation policy works:
Cancellation 61 days in advance or more of the retreat start date:
We offer a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit already paid) or
You can transfer 100% of the amount paid (minus the deposit) as a credit toward another retreat within 1 year.
Cancellation 60–31 days in advance of the retreat start date:
We offer a 50% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit already paid) or
You can transfer 75% of the amount paid (minus the deposit) as a credit toward another retreat within 1 year
Cancellation within 30 days or less of the retreat start date:
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer a refund, but you can transfer 50% of the amount paid (minus the deposit) as a credit toward another retreat within 1 year.
Cancellation within 15 days or less of the retreat start date:
No refund or transfer options are available.
